「座敷猫（ざしきねこ）」とは、室内で飼われている猫の呼び方だそうです。
座敷犬、座敷猫って呼び方、そういえば実家のほう（東北）ではよく聞きました。
猫は今でも一部、そうですが、昭和の頃は犬や猫は外に出していたものです。
今の時代は、猫さんの健康や安全のために
室内で暮らすのがあたりまえになっていますが
座敷＝和室 が少ないので
座敷猫って言葉もあまり聞かなくなったのかもしれません。
そんなこんなで、琥珀さんは
座敷猫。なのでした。
